We shot this video in preparation for beginning to introduce Shirata sensei’s Aiki Ken or Sho Chiku Bai Kenpo. As we were shooting I realized that we were covering the contents of TDD #13 as well. So I decided to cut that bit off and let it stand alone.
I’m not certain why Youtube dumbs it down to 360p. It was shot uploaded at 1080p. Tom Wharton did all the posing for this. So you have Tom to thank for saving you from having to look at me!
We shot more, so there will be more intro to Ken work coming up in the next week.

Hey Allen! Great video, thanks! For me it played in 1080p. It may be your internet provider reducing the quality in your area.
