Again a great video.
Only a question, are the three videos so far part of a single lesson or are they three separate lessons ?

Hi Fred, It is all from one class. He conveniently divided it into 30 minute periods. This was an annual get together (probably in Sendai) of Tohoku Aikido yudansha. Tohoku consisted of mainly Shirata sensei and Saito sensei groups. Consequently at this seminar Shirata sensei is teaching very basic stuff, but stuff that he thinks is important for all to know.
You can see that he is being very patient. He covers teachings that most there probably already “know” or don’t care about. Then he teaches waza most probably think they already “know” and emphasizes things they either don’t care to change, or don’t know how to change. Throughout all of this sensei keeps his good humor.
