My laptop began telling me that I can’t do this and can’t do that unless I update to the latest operating system. The trouble is, the latest operating system won’t run on my “mature” laptop. I like to push my hardware to last as long as it will. I happily put in more ram and new hard drives when I can. But, sadly, there comes a point when, no matter the workaround it just won’t work.
That is why I am so grateful to my Patreon supporters. I save their monthly donations so that I have funds for the annual fees that keep TrueAiki.com up and running.
When I finally need to buy a computer, I can do so, confident that I can afford the monthly 0% financing AND still have money in the account to cover the annual fees.
