Hi Everyone,
Yesterday I was doing research on anatomy and ran across a video that did a nice job of introducing what “dantian” is and what it does. The presentation was basic and practical. The introduction text says, “Robert Richardson PhD gives and an anatomical and functional breakdown of the DanTian.” This video is part of a series. It says that it is “part 2” of the series but it is coded as “part 1.” The other videos were equally brief and practical. To see the other videos just click on the list in the upper left hand corner of the YouTube window and it will show you the links. I was surprised to learn that the producers are based right here in Portland, Oregon. It’s a small world!
The root source of the material presented appears to come from one or more of the instructor’s Bagua, Taiji, etc. training in China. Why not give them a look!
