Over the next couple of weeks I’ll be teaching in San Sebastián Spain, Zwolle the Netherlands and Mainz Germany.  This VLOG is my first edited and posted while on the road.  I did all of the work on my iPad mini.  The clip is taken from the 2018 Winter Seminar in Zwolle, NL.  I was asked by a lovely couple that came to the seminar from Denmark, to show all thirteen Tandoku Dosa.  Walter filmed, and for this video I used the part that covers TDD 1 – 6.

As with most of the video and writing that I post, I see all kinds of flaws in the work.  I post it anyway safe in the knowledge that there is no such thing as “perfect,” and I am not afraid nor hesitant to point out my mistakes.  I believe that this is the only way for one and all to continue to improve and grow.  Treating anyone as something other than what they are, human, is a grave disservice to self and others.

I plan to re-post this video with a voice over in which I will highlight important points and indicate where improvement is needed.  Hopefully by sharing my thought process, I will model for other’s how they too can analyze their training with an eye towards further progress.

With any luck I will also post clips from this summer’s series of European seminars.
